Elite DCS LLC ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy and security of your personal information. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website (https://elitedcs.com), use our services, or communicate with us, including via SMS text messaging.
We may collect the following types of personal information:
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
If you opt in to receive SMS messages from Elite DCS LLC, the following applies:
Mobile information will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
We do not share, sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data to any third parties for their own marketing or promotional use. This includes but is not limited to sharing data with affiliates, partners, or data brokers.
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance your experience on our website. These may include:
You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect certain website functionality.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your data only in the following limited circumstances:
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. While we strive to protect your data, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, provide our services, or comply with legal obligations. When your data is no longer needed, we will securely delete or anonymize it.
Data the software stores on your own computer. GHL Command and Command OS run on your machine, using your own GoHighLevel key. Your clients' data is written to a folder on that computer and is never sent to us. We cannot see it, and we cannot delete it for you. That folder holds a subfolder per client, along with saved brands and design runs, and it grows as you work.
You control it entirely. To remove everything the software has stored, delete that folder; the software rebuilds what it needs. There is no per-client erase inside the product yet, so removing one client's data without the rest is not something it can do today.
The hub assistant. When you ask the hub assistant a question, we keep your question, its answer, the page you asked from, the email on your license, and what the answer cost. It is stored in a database on our own Cloudflare account, and only the hub itself and Dr. Relth's own Cloudflare login can read it. We use it to hold the thread of a conversation and to see what the assistant is being asked to do.
Transcripts older than 30 days are deleted the next time anyone asks a question. There is no separate clean-up job, so if nobody asks anything, older transcripts sit there until someone does. If you send feedback or a testimonial through the assistant, that text and your answer about quoting it are kept until you ask us to remove them.
To answer you, we send Anthropic, who run the model, your question, the page you are on, the hub pages that match it, and up to three earlier turns of the same conversation. Your email is never part of what we send. Our own record of each call holds your email, the model and the cost, never the question or the answer.
There is no button yet to delete your own transcripts. Email support@ghlcommand.com from your license email and we will delete them.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at support@ghlcommand.com. We will respond to your request within a reasonable timeframe and in accordance with applicable law.
Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected data from a minor, we will promptly delete it.
Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those third-party sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any website you visit.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. When we make changes, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
